For years we dreamt of sourcing our own green coffee and sending it to be decaffeinated by the best in the game- Swiss Water. No chemicals, no, B.S., and no caffeine! In 2020 we were finally at a place where we could do exactly that. We selected Pacayal in Honduras and sent it to be decaffeinated. Each year we bring fresh crop coffees from a producer we've purchased from in years past and allocate a portion to be decaffeinated. We all need a power nap at times so go on and grab a bag of our house decaf!
