We roast every week from Monday through Wednesday. While many roasters emphasize ultra-fresh coffee, our beans truly shine after a few days of resting. The sweet spot? Enjoying our coffee within 4 weeks of roasting.

Origin Story

We know- we can drink coffee all day, everyday. There is such a thing as "too much coffee," especially when we start dropping beans all over the roastery. In those moments, we resort to our tasty Swiss Water Decaf coffee. No chemicals, no B.S., and no caffeine.

This decaf coffee was sourced from Peru before being sent to Swiss Water to be decaffeinated without the use of chemicals.
