We roast every week from Monday through Wednesday. While many roasters emphasize ultra-fresh coffee, our beans truly shine after a few days of resting. The sweet spot? Enjoying our coffee within 4 weeks of roasting.

Look for the week number on the bottom of the bag taken out of 52 weeks in the year.

Curious about the roast date? Just ask us. We're always happy to help you experience our coffee at its best.

Origin Story

We specifically sought to source a women-produced coffee in 2025 when we visited our long-time partners at Rutas del Inca. We were introduced to Coya, a social program made up of 65 women in the cooperative's community.

In 2014, we were introduced to a cooperative, Rutas del Inca. Time after time around the table, Aaron was drawn back to this amazing cup. Needless to say, over 10+ harvests later we continue to enjoy serving their coffee.

Algrano plays a huge role in our ability to continue working with this coffee and we are super grateful. On the cooperative level, they work on improving coffee plantations, increasing production, quality control, application of good agricultural practices, and environmental conservation.

plant life

This group of 65 women produce between 1,800 and 2,400 meters above sea level before they are processed using the washed method taking each women's coffees and blending together to create the desired flavor profile.
