Italia Trattoria is a regionally inspired Italian restaurant located in historic Browne’s Addition. Their passion is for sustainable fresh fish and produce, naturally raised meats, and house-made pastas and desserts.
Bethe Bowman, GM/Co-Owner, and Anna Vogel, Chef/Co-Owner, were with Tom Douglas Restaurants in Seattle before moving to Spokane. As a team they managed Luna before opening their restaurant.
Their FTO proprietary coffee, we created with them, is a true European, heavy bodied, low acidic coffee.
