Coffee origins matter.

Where does your daily drink originate?
Is your coffee grown in a clearcut swath of rainforest, or as part of the vibrant canopy itself?
Is it mixed with mold and pest containing beans from different locations or does it come from a single organic farm?
Roast House values and sources only organic and ethically traded coffees from reputable and sustainable sources.

Coffee cultivation matters.

How and by who was your coffee harvested?
Do your beans require large scale industrial methods and chemical adulterants or are they grown organically and traditionally?
Does your coffee drive the cost per pound to the lowest possible or provide Fair Trade or Direct Trade opportunities for farmers?
Roast House sources only coffees harvested using traditional methods and trade practices that benefit farmers directly.

Processing matters.

What methods were used to dry, sort and separate your coffee?
Are your beans sorted mechanically where quality is given little attention or sorted by hand where local experts choose only the best?
Is your decaf processed using harsh solvents or a low impact Swiss-water method?
Roast House values hand sorted, small lot coffees where cultivators are paid by the quality of the fruit, not the quantity.

Roasting matters.

Who's controlling the acidity, flavor and aroma of your coffee?
Are your beans burnt on purpose to produce predictable results or roasted elegantly resulting in gorgeous aromas and experiences?
Roast House values quality beans through our supply chain, through our roaster and all the way to your cup.
Taste our dedication.
