Packed with juniper and red wine aromatics along with blackberry, grape-jam, and pomegranate, this natural process is grown by small-scale farmers located in the Odo Shakiso district, Guji zone. The Dimtu Tero farm is ideal for the production of high-quality coffees with unique flavors. Coffee production and processing are done in an organic, socially responsible and environmentally friendly manner. There are 136 small-scale farmers that have been legally registered to collectively own 989 hectares of coffee land as out-grower farmers. A natural process, also called the dry process, is when the fruit is left on the bean, resulting in fruitier and sweeter characteristics.
