An incredibly gigantic boozey fruit cup! We don't source a lot of anaerobic processed coffees, sometimes you gotta take a ride on the wild side though. The Centroamericano variety from Aquiares we've become very familiar with over the past 5 years, this being our first time sourcing it as an anaerobic natural. Prepare yourself for an intense, syrupy, fruit cordial-like cup profile.
